I am a patrol sergeant and am facing a huge stolen problem in my new assignment. The trend seems to be that young Hispanic males are stealing the vehicles (mini-vans). I am interested in suggestions in notifying the public (mainly Hispanic) in this area about the problem and getting them to call the police when they see suspicious activities.
