A message from 2nd Vice President, Alan Theobald

It is my hope that everyone that attended the spring conference in Lexington, KY had an enjoyable time, made some new contacts, and was able to pick up a few new tips from the classes that were provided. A big thank you goes out to the on-site committee and everyone else that helped out to make this year’s conference a success.

I would like to thank the NCRC Board for allowing me the opportunity to serve as the 2nd Vice President for NCRC for 2011-2012. I have spent the last 14 years of my 24 year career as the Sergeant of the Nebraska State Patrol Auto Fraud Division. I have also been a member of NCRC for several years and on the Board of Directors since 2007. I look forward to working with the on-site committee and personnel from IAATI as the planning continues and things are put into place for the joint conference to be held in Kansas City, MO in August 2012.

Knowing that budgets are tight and agencies are being more selective as to what training they are sending personnel to, I would encourage you to start planning now to attend the conference in Kansas City in 2012.

I look forward to serving as 2nd Vice President of NCRC and hope everyone has a great summer and fall.
